Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SkyrelOne, the business workspace product provided by Skyrel Corporation. By accessing SkyrelOne or using any SkyrelOne website, application, workspace, public form, or related service, you agree to these terms. If you use SkyrelOne on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of SkyrelOne
SkyrelOne is provided to help teams manage CRM, projects, invoices, support, files, approvals, and related business operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.
Workspaces and customer content
Customer data, files, form submissions, business records, and other materials uploaded to a workspace remain the responsibility of the customer or workspace owner. Skyrel Corporation may process this content only to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve SkyrelOne, or as otherwise required by law or an applicable agreement.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse SkyrelOne, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or use the service to send abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content. Skyrel Corporation may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, customers, the platform, or legal compliance.
Plans, billing, and changes
Paid features, usage limits, renewal terms, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms may be described at checkout, in the product, or in a separate agreement. Skyrel Corporation may update features, pricing, and service availability from time to time. Material changes will be handled in a commercially reasonable manner.
Intellectual property
SkyrelOne, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and platform materials, is owned by Skyrel Corporation or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use SkyrelOne according to these terms and any applicable subscription or agreement.
Third-party services
SkyrelOne may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, email providers, messaging services, storage providers, analytics tools, or authentication providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
SkyrelOne is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Skyrel Corporation does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business requirement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, records, automations, and configuration decisions before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyrel Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of SkyrelOne.
Changes to these terms
Skyrel Corporation may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest effective date. Continued use of SkyrelOne after an update means you accept the updated terms.
